Options Unlimited, Inc is now looking for diligent and committed individuals to make up our volunteer Board of Directors. We are looking for men and women who can share in our mission and vision, take action, and lead our organization to be the best we can be for the individuals we support and the intellectual disabilities community at large. The Board will provide mission-based leadership and strategic governance while day to day operations are led by the CEO. Lynn took over leadership of Options Unlimited, Inc. in 2012. She brings over 30 years of experience in a variety of social service settings. She is a former Executive Director of The Arc CT and proudly brings her leadership and advocacy skills to Options Unlimited in service to our residents.
Michael Lundie, M.A.
Chief Operating Officer
Mike has been with Options Unlimited, Inc. since 2002. He served over 20 years as the Director of Programs before becoming the COO. He has nearly 30 years of experience providing quality residential supports to individuals in group home settings. He is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and holds degrees in Occupational Therapy Assisting, Psychology, and Health Services Management.
Shameeka Monk-Fraser, M.S.
Behavior Specialist
Shameeka joined the Options team in 2017, having advanced her career in the private sector from Program Counselor, to Program Manager, Residential Director, and Behaviorist. Shameeka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Studies. She is currently a candidate for the credential of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Tarrel Tullis
Program Director
Tarrell came to Options Unlimited in 2014 as the Manager for one of our licensed homes. After eight years running a successful program, he rose into his current position. Tarrell has over 20 years of experience in private provider residential and day program settings and is committed to the individuals he serves. He is also the proud parent to a child with Autism.
Rebecca Jemison
Program Director
Rebecca Jemison joined the options team in 2024, with more than 30 years of experience in the human services industry. Driven by her unwavering care and compassion she takes pride in ensuring the individuals she serves have productive and happy lives. Her goals are to ensure quality care and respect is provided to all individuals served. In addition to her primary job functions, Rebecca has an extraordinary commitment to quality assurance and empowering others in the field to advocate for the individuals we serve.
